Deed Restricted Neighborhood
Posted on Jan 21st, 2024
Please be advised that under no circumstances should grass clippings be disposed off in the small creek area that runs behind the houses on Tiburon Way and Lander and Movado Ct.  Also, please remember that we live in a deed restricted neighborhood, which means that unless you keep your property maintained, you stand the chance of receiving a violation notice and eventually being fined. If you need help with maintaining your property, please contact our property management company, and we will help you with whatever you need.
Responsible Pet Owners
Posted on Jan 21st, 2024
Just a reminder that as you walk your dog(s) in the neighborhood or just let them out to do their business, be considerate of your neighbors and pick up after your pet, which includes the green space in the front of the neighborhood and the new townhomes greenspace.  Also there is a leash law, if your dog is not fenced in, he/she must be on a leash and under complete control by the owner/walker.  Thank you!
Street Lights
Posted on Jan 21st, 2024
Hi Everyone, just a reminder that if there is a street light around your home that does not work, goes on and off, or even if a panel is missing, please call 311 and report it.  They require a physical address in order to come out and take care of the problem.  Thank you!
