We now have a new property management company, Adkins Property Management.  Whereas Fayette Property Management never did a very thorough job of canvassing the neighborhood, Adkins will be working hard to get the neighborhood in compliance.  Per directives from the BOD, they will be looking at many different Deed of Restrictions rules and regulations, including, but not limited to:

Mailboxes: Should be painted black, and not in disrepair.
Herby, Lenny and Rosie:  Should be stored on side of house, out of direct view; if facing street, they should be hidden from view.  They should not be kept in driveway or in front of house.
Automobiles: Should not park illegally, ie, on grass, on or in median (area between road and sidewalk), automobiles should not block the sidewalk, flat tires.
Boats and/or Trailers: Should not be parked in driveway, yard, etc.
Landscaping: Should be kept free of weeds, bushes should be kept trimmed.
Lawns: Should be kept mowed; weeds should not overtake grass.
Property in General: Should be kept free of trash, garbage, etc., do not store uncommon items on front porch, side yards, etc.
Siding: Please keep siding free of mildew.
PODS: Should not be on property for more than 7 days.

These are just a small example of violations.  Please refer to our Deed of Restrictions and Amendment to Deed of Restrictions including Fine Policy.  These can be found on the website under Governing Documents.
