Welcome to the Parkside at Masterson Station Homeowner's Association (HOA).
Located at the junction of Spurr Road and Sandersville Road, Parkside is just minutes away from downtown Lexington, and we are near the I-75 and I-64 corridors.
The HOA filed their Articles of Incorporation with the State of Kentucky in 2006 as Woodward-Lander Property Subdivision (Parkside), a non-profit organization.
The HOA consists of 136 individual, single family homes with an additional 16 townhomes located on Daly Place. An additional 7 townhomes have been built on Daly Place/Sandersville Road and have become a part of our neighborhood association.
The HOA also owns a couple of acres of green space located in the front of the neighborhood. Due to liability concerns, this green space is not to be used as a means to ride ATVs, Go Carts, Scooters, etc. But it is the perfect place for a picnic or just to toss a football or baseball with your kids!
