On behalf of the Parkside at Masterson Station Homeowner's Association (HOA), let us welcome you to the neighborhood.  We hope you find Parkside a warm, friendly and safe place to live.

 

Upon accepting the deed to your new home, you became a member of the HOA, as set forth in the Deed of Restrictions and Amendments for Woodward-Lander Property Subdivision (Parkside).  This Association was incorporated for the following purposes: 1) to maintain the Common Area property, 2) to administer and enforce the Deed of Restrictions (DOR), and 3) to collect assessments/dues to underwrite the cost of these functions.  The Association’s day-to-day activities are administered by Adkins Property Management.

 

The HOA's activities are funded by mandatory property assessments, which are billed uniformly to each homeowner in the neighborhood ($125.00) at present.  These fees finance the administrative and maintenance activities of the HOA.
