Please be advised that under no circumstances should grass clippings be disposed off in the small creek area that runs behind the houses on Tiburon Way and Lander and Movado Ct.  Also, please remember that we live in a deed restricted neighborhood, which means that unless you keep your property maintained, you stand the chance of receiving a violation notice and eventually being fined.
